Waste or planet:
innovations in recycling
UASILICA
Only 10 percent is recycled, and there’s an estimated 100 million tons in oceans.
Waste is one of the most urgent environmental issues of our time.
WHAT WE DO
UASILICA creates cutting-edge and eco-friendly recycling technologies
to pull out critical raw materials
silica and metals from agricultural
and energy plants waste using it for adsorbent manufacturing.
OUR MISSION
We aim of overhauling the recovery of vital primary materials, converting overlooked discards into precious assets via nature-inspired methods. Our purpose is to establish in each country easy scalable waste eco-recycling factory.

-30%

OUR SUPERB FIGURES
Did you know?
Major culprits for waste creation - energy, agriculture, household sectors
Only 10% of waste recycled in UA,
50% in EU, 30% average worldwide
Old-fashioned adsorbent factory cannot be established
in EU, LATAM, Asia
What can you do!
If you are farmer you can build your own factory buying our technology
If you struggling of utilization cost we will make it for free or buy it in specific cases.

UASILICA more than just eco-friendly business, beyond merely a loop in the economy, but a true transformation in industry that harnesses the power of natural assets and characteristics for seamless harmony among people, nature, and commerce. Our operational strategy revolves around granting licenses for the methods we invent, pursuing factory-based circular economy initiatives via key alliances, and distributing the reclaimed metal oxides and secondary outputs like silica-based adsorbents. This approach not only builds on our innovative edge but also taps into global markets hungry for sustainable alternatives, especially in regions facing import dependencies from places like China.
What about commercialization?
We stand out as the team employing innovative techniques such as plasma pyrolysis, leaching with organic acids, deep eutectic solvents, liquid ion-exchange systems, organic fermentation and so on to repurpose discarded materials. Through the recycling of water, the renewal of DES features and plant-derived leftovers, we address two huge worldwide issues: the shortage of vital primary resources and the removal of dangerous old-fashioned factory hazardous byproducts. Drawing from our roots in Ukraine, where waste piles up mostly from agriculture and energy sectors, we see this as a chance to turn environmental headaches into green chemical breakthroughs, helping local companies avoid disposal fees while creating valuable items like silica-based products.
What`s new?
OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
Which kind of waste you can recycle?
We utilize rice husk, corn cobs, Jerusalem artichoke leaves, oat husks, buckwheat stems,
fly ash, bottom ash to isolate essential primary substances - silica and various metals. And batteries will come! This innovation roots from recognizing the global waste crisis, particularly in places like Ukraine where agricultural and energy companies struggle with disposal costs.

OUR APPROACH
With whome are you
working with?
We remain eager to investigate tactical cooperations focused on co-creating fresh recycling approaches or scaling up our existing ones for broader use. This might happen via Proof of Concept pacts, Joint Development Pacts, or Joint Ventures alongside capable factory partners. We're expanding networks with universities and commercial entities, including discussions with everybody who interested in investments, collaborations, pilot projects.

PROPRIETARY REVOLUTIONARY TECHNOLOGIES
UASILICA leads with groundbreaking advancements for pulling primary materials from discard streams. Our protected “UASILICA” method is an eco-conscious extraction procedure crafted to effectively and greenly repurpose ash from power firms, farming operations, grain storage, and food handlers.
Our totally looped technology guarantees a notable drop in CO₂,CO,NOx,SOx outputs and contaminant discharges versus rivals, achieving up to 50% energy savings and 20% cost reductions while adhering to EU standards. This gives us an edge over slow-moving chemical giants enabling small-scale factories without strict eco limits whenever you want to built it.

Five myths about recycling
LIST OF MOST TYPICALS ERRORS
No. 1
Recycling uses more energy than making something new.
No. 2
Items must be meticulously sorted for recycling.
No. 3
Products made from recycled content are lower quality.
No. 4
Recyclables just end up in the trash.
No. 5
Recycling should pay for itself.

Discards are unloaded and mechanically broken down to create a consistent mixture, the reactive substance holding the vital primary materials we target.

The mixture experiences a nature-inspired leaching procedure, utilizing water and mild organic acids. This phase can be boosted with ultrasound or microwave aids to speed up the pulling out, incorporating green chemistry principles for minimal environmental impact.

The procedure employs a pH tuning system to specifically reclaim key metals and silica as hydroxides and carbonates via three sophisticated precipitation methods, including proprietary "secret" mechanisms and ingredients that enhance selectivity and purity.

Cleaning and purifing our silica and metals extracts, separating liquids from heavy bottom particles, by pushing them through a special barrier that traps tiny particles, bacteria, or impurities while letting the clean stuff pass through.

Removing moisture from materials at first, such as turning wet powders into dry ones for making it easy to finalyze the form of extracted material, which helps them last longer and mix better without clumping. Granulation follows by clumping those dried powders into small, uniform granules, kind of like rolling dough into tiny balls.

Wrapping up our products on a massive scale, where machines automatically fill, seal, and label containers such as bottles, boxes, or big-bags. Dispatch follows by organizing and loading these packaged items onto trucks, ships, or planes for delivery, using systems to track and sort them efficiently.
